“Why can’t I just get it together?”
“Why is everything so hard — even the small stuff?”
You’re not lazy, you’re not failing, and you’re definitely not alone. ADHD just needs a different kind of support.
So many of my clients come to coaching after years of masking, pushing through, and overthinking. They’ve done the hard work of keeping up — but still lie awake at night, stuck in the same mental loops:
Fear of falling behind — again.
You try so hard to stay on top of things, but the tasks, the deadlines, the daily routines... they slip. You wonder,
“Why can’t I keep up like everyone else?”
You replay conversations, overanalyse decisions, and second-guess yourself constantly. Your brain just doesn’t know how to switch off.
You wonder if you’ll ever feel on top of life — if things will ever feel calm, clear, or doable.
The truth? ADHD in adulthood is real — and it’s exhausting.
But with the right support, it’s also manageable. My coaching is designed to help you: Understand your ADHD with clarity and compassion. Build realistic systems that work for your brain.
Work with you to develop personalised strategies to help you conquer the challenges of ADHD.
Provide unwavering support at all times, while identifying and celebrating your unique ADHD strengths.
Support you to unlock your full potential, all while adding a touch of enthusiasm and positivity to your journey together.
Let go of guilt, and take small, sustainable steps forward.
— with support, clarity, and no judgment.
Coaching is forward-focused and completely guided by your goals — whether that’s building better habits, finding focus, managing overwhelm, or just feeling more in control of your day-to-day life.
Many of the adults I work with have a clear sense of what they want — but they’re not sure how to get there, or something keeps getting in the way.
That’s where I come in. We’ll work together to:
Identify what’s getting in the way
Tap into your strengths (yes, you have them!)
Create an achievable, ADHD-friendly plan
And I’ll be right there beside you — helping you stay on track, troubleshoot when things go sideways, and celebrate every small win along the way.
Consider this...
What if you had someone who truly listens and understands ADHD? (I have it too)
Imagine leaving each coaching session with a clear plan to make meaningful, positive changes in your life?
What if you learned to treat yourself with more kindness and quieten that inner critic?
I’m based in Melbourne, Australia — but thanks to Zoom, all of my coaching sessions are online. That means I get to work with incredible adults across
Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S. who are navigating life with ADHD and looking for practical, compassionate support.
Wherever you are, if you’re ready to feel more understood, more capable, and more in control — I’d love to support you.
"My life changed forever"
"Trudy doesn't just hear my words, she understands what I am really saying - even the little things I might not notice myself.
Trudy has a special knack for helping me see what I need to change in my life, and the strategies she offers always feel like they are made just for me.

"Highly recommend Trudy"
Trudy - thank you for all our heart to heart conversations. It was like talking to a dear friend then life coach!
Appreciate all the extra time you gave me during our sessions and all your knowledge and insights along the way. I’ve left feeling more empowered and confident in myself ❤️

"If you are considering coaching with her just do it. Your life will be richer for it."
Trudy helped me understand ADHD and how it had impacted my well being. I contacted her wanting coaching to improve my organisation and life management skills. What I actually got was far more valuable. I instantly felt understood and connected with Trudy. Her energy, genuineness, knowledge, kind and thoughtful nature made it easy to trust and commit to coaching with her. Trudy guided me to a space of understanding myself, gave me the tools to challenge negative self talk and begin showing some self compassion. This opened my eyes up to the stories and beliefs I had about my self, the lack of self worth and shame I carried and how to shift this to begin living a life with self love. This change allowed me to accept my ADHD and embrace the challenges and gifts it brings.
Trudy is incredible! She really gets it and is so genuinely invested in her clients. If you are considering coaching with her just do it. Your life will be richer for it.

As a coach, I support neurodivergent adults to create sustainable lives — both professionally and personally. Whether it’s navigating big goals, building better systems, or learning to work with (not against) your brain, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I work with adults who are ready to feel more focused, more intentional, and more in control — without burning out. Together, we build practical strategies that honour your strengths and support your energy.
My coaching style is down-to-earth and strengths-based. It’s shaped by both professional experience and my own lived journey as a late-diagnosed ADHDer — and by what I wish I’d had earlier in life.
If you’re ready to step into the life you’ve been trying to piece together alone, I’d love to support you.
ADHD coaching is a supportive partnership where we focus on practical tools and strategies to help you navigate the unique challenges of ADHD. Unlike therapy, which often explores emotional or psychological issues, coaching is about moving forward with clear, actionable steps to help you thrive in your daily life.
Coaching gives you practical tools and strategies tailored to your specific needs. Whether it’s managing time, reducing overwhelm, or staying focused on what matters most, ADHD coaching is about helping you feel more in control and confident in your abilities.
ADHD coaching can help with many areas, like managing procrastination, staying organised, building routines, improving focus, setting and achieving goals, and even enhancing relationships. Together, we work on what matters most to you.
Not at all! If you feel like ADHD challenges resonate with you and you want support, coaching can be a great fit—diagnosis or not. We focus on strategies to help you live your best life, regardless of a formal diagnosis.
Many people notice small wins after just a few sessions, especially as they start applying new strategies. The timeline depends on your goals, but even small changes can make a big difference over time.
Each session is tailored to you. We’ll start by identifying a key challenge or goal, explore practical strategies that suit your needs, and finish with clear action steps to take before our next session. It’s a collaborative and supportive space!
Absolutely! Procrastination and time management are two of the most common areas we work on. Together, we’ll find strategies that make starting tasks easier, managing your time more effective, and feeling accomplished a regular part of your day.
Yes! Every coaching session is unique because it’s all about YOU. We focus on what’s most important to you, your challenges, and your strengths. You’ll get tools and strategies that fit your life and your brain.
If you’re looking for practical support, want to feel more organised, or want tools to manage ADHD challenges better, coaching could be a great fit. You’ll know it’s right if you’re ready to try new strategies and take steps toward the life you want.
You’ll learn tools to help with things like breaking down overwhelming tasks, prioritising effectively, managing distractions, and creating routines that stick. These strategies are designed to work with the way your brain works, not against it.
Yes! I offer a 5-session coaching package that provides consistent support and allows us to build momentum toward your goals. Many clients find that the regular sessions make a significant difference, helping them create lasting habits, feel more in control, and experience more success and ease in their daily lives. It’s an investment in a happier, more manageable future.
Each session is $165 per hour plus GST. This price includes not only the coaching session itself but also a couple of check-in text messages during the week to keep you supported and on track between sessions.
I’m so excited that you’re ready to explore positive change and learn more about how coaching can support you.
During our 15-minute phone chat, you’ll have the chance to share what’s currently going on in your life and where you’d like to be. I’ll also answer any questions you might have about ADHD coaching and how it works.
From there, you can decide if coaching feels like the right next step for you. No pressure—just a supportive conversation to explore what’s possible.
I look forward to connecting with you!
