I didn’t have the knowledge, the understanding, or the tools I needed to support my son in a way that actually worked. I tried hard, but our days were filled with frustration and exhaustion. I nagged him about being lazy, sighed at his lack of motivation, and felt constantly defeated by the chaos and disorganisation.
Deep down, I knew something had to change. I didn’t want to lose the connection with my son, I wanted to be the kind of parent who lifted him up, not wore him down.
That’s why I do this work.
ADHD Coaching for Parents is your chance to learn how to support your teen in a way that feels doable and grounded in real understanding. No shame. No judgement. Just practical tools, science-backed strategies, and the kind of support I wish I’d had back then.
Parent coaching can help you feel calm, confident, and supported again, while learning strategies that actually work for ADHD brains (and yours, too).

Coaching with me, is way more than learning strategies, it’s about transforming the way you understand and connect with your teen. With the right guidance, you’ll begin to see that your child isn’t being difficult; their brain is wired differently, and with support, structure, and compassion, they can truly thrive.
