ADHD one-on-one coaching or supercharged homework productivity?

Teens can supercharge their homework/study productivity with me! 

As Term 3 approaches, the demands of homework and study for all students and in particular VCE students intensify. Give your teen the structure, support, and motivation they need to stay ahead and avoid overwhelm. Equip them for success before it gets too overwhelming!

'Weekly Group Online Action Sessions'  

For less than $15 per week, your teen can join our 'Weekly Group Online Action Sessions' and benefit from up to 3 hours of motivation and coaching each week to tackle their study/homework. Over the term, your teen can receive a total of 27 hours of dedicated support and motivation. Imagine how much is possible  in 27 hours!


Session details

  • Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Time: 7:30pm - 8:30pm
  • Platform: Zoom
  • Term Start Date: 22nd of July at 7:30pm

Your teen can choose the night that suits them best, or join all three nights for maximum benefit!

What They Need:

  • A computer
  • A quiet space to connect
  • Homework or study materials for the session

Please note: As much as I would love as many teens as possible to benefit from our sessions, numbers are limited.



ADHD Life Coaching for teens and university students

Challenges with executive functioning can profoundly impact individuals with ADHD, leading to low confidence, low self-esteem, and exhaustion, as managing everyday tasks can be difficult.

During our one-on-one coaching sessions we use a 'roadmap' designed for the ADHD brain. 

Together with my clients, we identify and utilise their personal strengths, foster a positive mindset and a proactive approach. We’ll focus on recognising your teen's abilities to build confidence, motivation, and resilience.

This will be a nurturing and non-judgmental space where your teen can feel comfortable sharing their personal challenges with ADHD. Together, we will set goals to make their everyday lives brighter and lighter!

Coaching sessions can take place via Zoom, or if you live in Melbourne, we can meet in my local area of Camberwell. I often find that walking and talking works incredibly well, so we can have our sessions in a park, sometimes sitting on a picnic blanket, or at a local cafe.
