If you’ve spent

years trying to...

‘Just get

it together,’

You don’t need more willpower.

What you really need isn't more pressure, it's kindness, understanding, and evidence-based tools designed to work with your ADHD brain, not against it.

And that's where we can work together.

I have ADHD too, and like many women, I wasn’t diagnosed until later in life (thank goodness I finally was!).

I’m an experienced and passionate ADHD coach, but I’ve also been a teacher for over 25 years. So I deeply understand what it’s like to juggle all the things -parenting, work, expectations, commitments, while quietly wondering:

Why does this feel so much harder for me than everyone else?

For years, I felt stuck. I pushed through, masked, coped, and kept going… but I didn’t realise there was another way to live.

Not until I worked with an ADHD Life Coach,
and everything changed.

The shift was so powerful that I retrained and became an ADHD Life Coach myself, so I could help other adults with experience the same relief, clarity, and lifelong positive change.

How I Help Adults With ADHD...

Our coaching sessions are a safe place to land, a space to breathe, unpack what’s been feeling heavy, and start to find your footing again. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and make sense of it gently, turning confusion into clarity and helping life feel a little more manageable each time we meet.

When you start coaching with me, you’ll quickly see that progress doesn’t have to be perfect. Our sessions aren’t about fixing you, they’re about working with your brain, not against it. Together, we’ll create small, realistic plans that actually stick, no guilt, no overwhelm. Each session builds trust in your own ability to follow through, so your brain starts to believe, “I can do this.”

At the end of each coaching session, I always ask, What are you taking away from our time today?” The three most common answers I hear are:

"This has been so helpful.”
“I feel lighter.”
“I’m actually looking forward to taking action.”

Those words mean everything, because they show that even small shifts in awareness can create big changes in how someone feels, thinks, and moves forward. This is possible for you too!

What Other's Are Saying...

"Working with Trudy has been such a positive experience. She is kind, understanding, contagiously optimistic and incredibly caring. I walk away from every session feeling super motivated and more capable."

With her support, I’ve made real progress in many areas of my life - like kicking my phone addiction, which has been a huge accomplishment for me and something I’m genuinely proud of. Most importantly, she has taught me how to celebrate wins, no matter how big or small. On any given day, the smallest step can feel like the biggest hurdle, and she’s shown me the value of recognising and honouring those moments. I used to struggle to see how small steps connected to the bigger picture, which often let me feeling paralysed. Trudy has helped me fall in love with the process of stacking up those wins, making the big picture far less daunting and much more joyful.

I can’t recommend Trudy enough for anyone looking for ADHD support. She’s truly made a difference in my life, and you couldn’t hope to find anyone better to have in your corner.

- Valentina (Melbourne)

"I honestly could not put into words how much Trudy has helped me on my journey."

The love and kindness she shares is out of this world. Not even from a coaching perspective but as a human being, she is so pure and genuine. Each session I have with Trudy I always leave feeling seen and heard. With the strategies and thought process Trudy has taught me have made a big impact on my day to day. I couldn’t recommend her support and sessions more to anyone with a busy mind!

Thank you for being you Trudy and helping me be me. Your guidance is unlike any and is appreciated more than I can express!!!

🫶 - Kiara (Perth)

"I certainly believe the coaching has been terrific for my daughter who is juggling university and part time work and have noticed changes in her mood, self belief and confidence."

She also is a beginning to understand what she needs to do to be her best self and recent experiences of this has really brought her joy and a sense of pride such as changing her study habits.

Thanks for your support. My 20 year old daughter has never built such as positive relationships with an allied health professional like this before.

ADHD Coaching That Looks at What’s Happening on the Outside AND the Inside

ADHD Coaching + Internal Family Systems (IFS)

When I completed my introductory training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I remember thinking:

“Ohhhh… this makes SO much sense.”

In ADHD coaching, we can have the best tools and strategies in the world, but sometimes there’s still something getting in the way:

You know exactly what you need to do, but a part of you keeps avoiding it.

You desperately want to get started, but another part is worried you’ll get it wrong.

This is why I love bringing IFS into my coaching.

We still work on the practical side, getting started, planning, time management, and building routines that work for your ADHD brain. But we also make space to get curious about what’s happening underneath.

Instead of asking, “Why can’t I just do this?”, we start asking, “What’s getting in the way, and what might that part of me be trying to do for me?”

That subtle shift changes everything. It brings a whole new level of understanding, less self-criticism, and a far kinder way of creating lasting change.

Changes You May Start Noticing Sooner Than You Think

Notice what’s happening beneath your reactions. Instead of only thinking, “Why do I keep doing this?”, you begin recognising the parts, emotions and protective patterns underneath.

Catch patterns earlier. You may start noticing your inner critic, perfectionist, avoider or people-pleasing part while it’s happening, rather than only afterwards.

Understand yourself with more compassion. Behaviours that once felt frustrating can start to make more sense when you understand what a part is trying to protect you from.

Understand why “knowing what to do” hasn't always been enough. You may already know the strategy. Parts work can help uncover what gets in the way of actually using it, particularly around procrastination, perfectionism, avoidance and overwhelm.

Feel less controlled by your inner critic. Rather than automatically believing everything your critical voice says, you can begin to notice it, get curious about it and create some space from it.
