Tried All the ADHD Tips and Tricks, But Nothing Seems to Stick?

There's a Reason Why

Reading about ADHD is one thing. Knowing what to do when things get tricky at home is another. That's where coaching comes in.

Helping Teens with ADHD Feel Confident, Capable and Ready for Life.

Build Confidence, Capability, Practical Skills and Self-Compassion.

One-on-one coaching that helps teens understand their ADHD, strengthen executive function skills, manage emotions and develop practical tools for school and everyday life.

Supportive, practical and empowering, helping teens build confidence, recognise their strengths and feel capable and good about who they are.

Supporting Your Teen Starts with Supporting You.

Parenting a teen with ADHD can be exhausting, especially when you're constantly reminding, worrying and trying your best to help.

One-on-one parent coaching gives you space to pause, feel heard and focus on your own needs too. Because you can't pour from an empty cup! Together, we'll explore what's happening underneath your teen's challenges, find practical strategies that work for your family and help you feel more confident in how you support them.

It's about looking after you, strengthening your connection with your teen and finding ways to make everyday family life feel a little calmer and easier for everyone.

After talking to heaps of parents of teens with ADHD throughout this year, I've noticed something that keeps coming up.

Parents are doing absolutely everything they can to support their teens, but so many are feeling exhausted by the constant reminders, negotiations and worries about the future.

And underneath all of this is something I hear time and time again.

"I just want my teen to be happy, confident and capable of managing life independently."

And of course they do!

But knowing how to help them get there isn't always easy.

Sometimes, in our efforts to help, we end up doing things for our teens, reminding them over and over, or getting caught in arguments that neither of us wanted in the first place.

And that's not because parents aren't trying hard enough. Quite the opposite!

It's often because we haven't been shown how to support an ADHD brain in a way that builds skills and protects our connection with our teen.

So, I've created a six-week ADHD parent coaching program called Connection & Clarity.
