If you are looking for a
Certified ADHD Life Coach
who works exclusively with
teens & adults...
I ask the right questions, help untangle the noise, and offer tools that work with your brain, not
against it.
I’m not the expert with a clipboard giving you instructions from a distance — I’m the co-builder helping you figure out how to put the pieces together in a way that works for
your life.
Together, we’ll figure out what’s really getting in your way, not just on the surface but underneath it all. From there, we’ll build simple, practical steps that actually feel right for you.
Research shows that the most effective support for ADHD often includes two key components: medication and coaching. While medication can play an important role in balancing brain chemistry, it doesn’t teach you how to manage time, handle overwhelm, or break free from negative self-talk.
When Your ADHD
Brain Feels Like It’s
Taking Over...
Together, we’ll identify your strengths, build habits that stick, and create a plan that feels possible — not overwhelming.
If anxiety, overthinking, or low confidence are getting in the way, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
Through coaching, you’ll learn practical, evidence-based tools to manage worry, feel calmer, and trust yourself more.
You’ll discover strategies that work with your ADHD brain, not against it, so you can build the confidence and emotional regulation you’ve been looking for.
Weekly 45-minute sessions on Zoom
You get to choose a package that suits the needs of your teen.
Each session includes practical tools and ADHD-friendly strategies — teens will walk away with tangible resources to use between sessions and beyond.
Together, we focus on understanding and managing worry, anxiety, and overthinking — not just with surface strategies, but by exploring what’s underneath. We unpack procrastination and the “why” behind it, build emotional regulation skills, and strengthen self-compassion along the way.
A big part of the work also includes helping clients understand and navigate their executive functions — the behind-the-scenes brain skills that impact focus, motivation, planning, and follow-through.
Many adults come to coaching after a recent diagnosis or years of self-doubt, finally ready to understand their brain with kindness (not criticism).
In our sessions, we’ll slow things down, explore what truly works for you, and build ADHD-friendly strategies that bring more ease into everyday life.
No pressure to be perfect — just space to feel seen, supported, and understood.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, scattered, or just plain worn out, coaching can be a place to breathe again. With the right tools — and a bit of humour — life can start to feel more doable, and even a little lighter.
