NEWSFLASH ↯

ADHD is not a superpower.

It’s a real brain difference - with real challenges - and real strengths when we use the right supports.

↓ MEET THE COMPASSIONATE FORCE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU.

Hi, I’m Trudy - a Melbourne-based Certified ADHD Life Coach (working online Australia-wide). I help teens, adults, and parents swap guesswork for brain-friendly systems that actually stick.

We’ll build routines, develop habits that work with ADHD, not against it.

Let me GUESS...

You want change, but your don't know where to start?

You've tried 1000 things and they work for a while - but they don't seem to stick?

You feel alone, no-one else sees the invisible load you carry - just to do 'everyday life'.

You replay conversations and overthink things, which just just isn't helping you to move forward.

You missed the ADHD Parent Guide? So did everyone. It was never printed. We customise it as we go.

You're a parent who sees your teen struggle with school and life. You want them to be happy and confident within themselves.

How I can HELP...

Whether you’re just beginning your ADHD journey or ready to go deeper, you’ll work with an experienced coach who gets it - someone who teams up with you like a thought-partner, cheerleader, and strategist all in one. Find the option that fits you best and learn more about how we can work together.

↓ One-on-One Coaching for Adults

Before we start building new habits, we'll get a clear picture of what’s already happening for you - and together we'll set realistic goals for how you want to live your life. You’ll have time to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s really going on, in a non-judgmental space dedicated for you.

I’ll share meaningful resources along the way, like e-books I’ve made, easy-to-use templates, checklists, and more!

↓ One-on-One Coaching for Teens

Sessions are a calm and welcoming space where your teen can take their time, feel heard, and start to reflect, without pressure. Many teens find it’s a relief to talk with someone who just gets how their brain works. Coaching isn’t about fixing or forcing - it’s about creating space to grow.

I'll share helpful resources along the way, like e-books I’ve created specifically for teens with ADHD.

↓ One-on-One Coaching for parents

ADHD parent coaching is about supporting you, the parent with practical tools, education, and compassionate guidance to help you create a calmer, more connected relationship with your child or teen.

We work together to understand how ADHD affects your child’s behaviour, emotions, and ability to manage daily life. You’ll learn how to respond to challenges with more clarity and confidence, and with far less stress and second-guessing.

I'll share essential resources along the way, like e-books I’ve created specifically for parents of ADHDers.

ADHD Coaching Across Australia & Beyond

I'm based in Melbourne, Australia, but thanks to Zoom, I work with clients all over the world. This means I can provide ADHD coaching to people in different locations, including:

ADHD Coach Sydney

ADHD Coach Brisbane

ADHD Coach Perth

ADHD Coach Canberra

I also work with clients across New Zealand. So no matter where you are, if you’re ready to feel more understood, capable, and in control, I’d love to support you.

SOME KIND WORDS

HEAR IT FROM MY CLIENTS.

"Trudy is an amazing coach!" She took the time to meet the whole family. Trudy has really helped my daughter with learning about how her ADHD affects her individually and how to manage it. Trudy is one of those rare, precious school teachers that are so good with kids that you just want to bottle them. She goes above and beyond.

Kath
Mum of Jenna, Age 13, Canberra

"If you are considering coaching with her, just do it. Your life will be richer for it." Trudy guided me to a space of understanding myself, gave me the tools to challenge negative self-talk, and begin showing some self-compassion. This opened my eyes up to the stories and beliefs I had about myself the lack of self-worth and shame I carried and how to shift this to begin living a life with self-love. This change allowed me to accept my ADHD and embrace the challenges and gifts it brings.

Adult Client - Albury

"Coaching with Trudy has changed my life!" Trudy is kind, insightful, and really understands what I needed. She genuinely cares, and it showed in the little things, like sending me a quick text during the week to check in. That meant so much it made me feel like she was really there for me and thinking about me. I’m so grateful for her guidance and how much she’s helped me. It’s made a real difference.

Adult Client - Victoria

"Trudy sees my son for exactly who he is, beautiful, sensitive, smart, and creative." My son would come away from every single session with Trudy with a huge smile on his face. They connected in a meaningful way, and he felt seen, heard, and understood. Trudy is a gift to our kids, she is fun and sparkly, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a guiding light and mentor on their ADHD journey.

Em
Mum of Mahia, Age 12, New Zealand

"Working with Trudy has been such a positive experience. She is kind, understanding, contagiously optimistic and incredibly caring. I walk away from every session feeling super motivated and more capable." With her support, I’ve made real progress in many areas of my life - like kicking my phone addiction, which has been a huge accomplishment for me and something I’m genuinely proud of. Most importantly, she has taught me how to celebrate wins, no matter how big or small. On any given day, the smallest step can feel like the biggest hurdle, and she’s shown me the value of recognising and honouring those moments. I used to struggle to see how small steps connected to the bigger picture, which often let me feeling paralysed. Trudy has helped me fall in love with the process of stacking up those wins, making the big picture far less daunting and much more joyful. I can’t recommend Trudy enough for anyone looking for ADHD support. She’s truly made a difference in my life, and you couldn’t hope to find anyone better to have in your corner.

"I certainly believe the coaching has been terrific for my daughter who is juggling university and part time work and have noticed changes in her mood, self belief and confidence." She also is a beginning to understand what she needs to do to be her best self and recent experiences of this has really brought her joy and a sense of pride such as changing her study habits. Thanks for your support. My 20 year old daughter has never built such as positive relationships with an allied health professional like this before.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are common questions I’m asked.

Question 1: How long is each coaching session?

All coaching sessions run for 45 minutes.
It’s just the right amount of time for us to explore what’s going on, uncover insights, and create a practical plan, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

Question 2: How frequently do you recommend coaching sessions?

I recommend weekly sessions to begin with.
Meeting weekly helps you build momentum, keep accountability, and see real progress. Once things start feeling easier and the strategies are clicking, we can move to fortnightly or monthly sessions, whatever works best for you.

Question 3: Do you offer any 'in person' coaching sessions?

I now work exclusively online via Zoom, which means I can support clients from all over Australia (and beyond!).
Online coaching is just as effective, and often more convenient - helping you learn tools and strategies right where you use them most: in your real life.

Question 4: How many weeks or months do you work with clients for?

It really depends on what you want to work on and the kind of support you need.
Most clients start with a 10-week coaching package, which gives us time to build momentum and create lasting change.
Some continue for a few months, while others work with me longer term - it’s all about what feels right for you.

Question 5: Can I have just a couple of sessions to get me on the right the track?

Yes, absolutely.

You’re welcome to start with a few individual sessions to see how coaching feels and whether it’s the right fit for you.

The first few sessions often bring powerful clarity and quick wins, helping you feel lighter, more focused, and ready to keep going.

Question 6: What is the investment for coaching sessions?

A one-off 45-minute coaching session is $195 AUD + GST.

If you’d like ongoing support, there are discounted packages:

5-week package: $185 AUD + GST per session

10-week package: $175 AUD + GST per session

15-week package: $165 AUD + GST per session

Payment plans are available - I never want cost to be the reason someone misses out on coaching.
These prices are current for 2025.

Question 7: Do you offer any discounts?

From time to time I share limited-time discount codes for coaching packages.

Check to see if there’s a current discount code you can use on my website or Instagram - and if you can’t find one, just send me a quick message and I’ll let you know what’s available right now.

Payment plans are always an option, too - I never want cost to be the reason someone misses out on support.
Prices are current for 2025.

Question 8: Is there any funding, healthcare rebates, or Medicare rebates for ADHD life coaching?

At this time, Medicare does not reimburse life coaching (including ADHD coaching). However, there is a government support scheme called the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) via JobAccess that some people are eligible for - particularly those who are employed and have ADHD or another disability. Through the EAF, clients can apply for reimbursement (up to ~AUD $1,642 over 12 months) for coaching classified under Specialist Mental Health Support.

To apply, clients need a formal diagnosis, proof of employment hours, and to submit the proper paperwork. Because it’s a reimbursement scheme, clients usually pay upfront and then claim back the eligible amount once approved.

If you like, I can send you a step-by-step guide (with screenshots) to help your clients apply for the EAF.
