Hi there — I’m Trudy Parkin, a certified ADHD Life Coach and I’m so glad you’re here!
ADHD can make life feel overwhelming — but with the right tools and support, you can thrive. I coach teens, parents, and adults to build confidence, calm, and clarity.
This kind of self-awareness builds real-life change: better focus, fewer blow-ups, stronger relationships, and more ease in your day. My coaching is grounded in curiosity and compassion, and it’s designed to feel empowering — not overwhelming.
What Adults Can Expect From ADHD Life Coaching?
You’ll begin to understand how your brain works — why certain things feel harder (or easier), and what to do about it — with support every step of the way. You’ll feel held in a safe space, free from judgment.
You won’t be rushed. You’ll have time to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s really going on — at your own pace. You can take off your mask and finally be yourself.
All sessions are one-on-one, held on Zoom, and run for 45 minutes.
I’ll also share helpful resources along the way — like e-books I’ve made, easy-to-use templates, checklists, and more!
What One-on-One Coaching Looks Like for Teens
Through coaching, your teen will begin to understand how their brain works — why some things feel harder (or easier), and what strategies can actually help. Together, we explore tools that build confidence, motivation, and self-awareness in a way that feels doable and supportive.
Sessions are a calm and welcoming space where your teen can take their time, feel heard, and start to reflect — without pressure. Many teens find it’s a relief to talk with someone who just gets how their brain works. Coaching isn’t about fixing or forcing — it’s about creating space to grow.
All sessions are one-on-one, held on Zoom, and run for 45 minutes. Some teens come in feeling unsure, and that’s completely okay. We move at a pace that feels right for them.
Along the way, I share ADHD-friendly resources like workbooks, templates, and checklists — simple tools your teen can use between sessions to feel more capable and in control.
What One-on-One Coaching Looks Like for Parents
ADHD parent coaching is about supporting you — the parent — with practical tools, education, and compassionate guidance to help you create a calmer, more connected relationship with your child or teen.
Instead of focusing on what’s going wrong, we work together to understand how ADHD affects your child’s behaviour, emotions, and ability to manage daily life. You’ll learn how to respond to challenges with more clarity and confidence — and with far less stress and second-guessing.
This isn’t about discipline charts or quick fixes. It’s about building a relationship based on trust, regulation, and shared understanding. As you shift how you communicate, set boundaries, and support your child’s nervous system, you’ll start to notice ripple effects — fewer blow-ups, more cooperation, and a more balanced home life for everyone.
When parents feel supported, the entire family benefits.
All sessions are one-on-one, held on Zoom, and run for 45 minutes.
Together, we’ll figure out what’s really getting in your way, not just on the surface but underneath it all. From there, we’ll build simple, practical steps that actually feel right for you.
